William M. Smith

William Martin Smith, 62, of Dover, Ohio, passed away at his home on Saturday, December 11, 2021. Born September 11, 1959 in Canton, Ohio, he was a son of Verna Marie (Sanders) Smith with whom he had resided and the late Charles Alvin Smith.

Bill will be deeply missed by his mother, Verna; brothers, Jeremy Smith and Chuck (Missy) Smith; sisters, Dotty (fiancé, Larry Miller) Smith and Janice Short; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Smith, and two sisters, Marilyn and Anita Smith.

In keeping with Bill’s wishes, cremation is planned. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
