Wanda Sue Marini, 55, of Uhrichsville, passed away on Monday, December 17, 2012 at Union Hospital in Dover after a sudden illness. Born December 27, 1956 in Dennison, she was a daughter of the late John Russelle and Emma Marie (Wilson) Taggart.
A resident of the Twin City area throughout her life, Wanda Sue was a loving mother and grandmother who loved spending time with her family. She especially enjoyed sitting out on her front porch and visiting with her friends and neighbors who will fondly remember her. She was a seventeen year employee of the Uhrichsville McDonalds.
Wanda Sue is survived by her longtime companion, Bill Hite of the home; a son, Eddie (Brandi) Marini of Dennison; grandchildren, Chelsie Marie Cline Dennison, Zachary Marini Forrest of Waldorf, Maryland, Luka Allen Marini of Dennison and Tori Ann Mann of Dennison; brothers, Garry Taggart of Uhrichsville and Jerry (Debbie) Taggart of Louisiana; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Christine Marini, and her dear pet dog, Ginger.
Services for Wanda Sue, officiated by Rev. Mark Unrue, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19, in the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to her family in care of Eddie Marini, 702 Grant St., Dennison, OH 44621 to help defray the cost of her final expenses.
