Parks, Jr. and Frankie Joe Parks; a grandson, Robert Gastaldo, Jr.; a granddaughter, Kay Ann Parks; a great-grandchild; a brother, Harold Gordon; and a sister, Bitsy Bickerton. She is survived by four daughters, Darlene Gastaldo of Midvale, Marvella (Denny) Carpenter of Dennison, Nancy Lake of Dennison and Judy (Art) Reiser of Marietta; 18 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Hazel Hawkins of Dennison; an uncle and aunt, Norman and Jackie Irwin of Chardon; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Services for Virginia, officiated by Pastor Dean Teal, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 29, in the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. Interment will follow in Uhrichsville’s Union Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
