Victoria Lynn TraMmell, 64, of New Philadelphia, Ohio, passed away from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident on Thursday, September 13, 2012. Born November 13, 1947 in Chillicothe, Missouri, she was a daughter of the late Edwin Vincell and Teresa Louanne (Farris) Ailor.
A resident of Tuscarawas County for over fifteen years, Victoria was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in New Philadelphia for many years, as her faith was the most important thing in the world to her. She had a heart of gold and could always be counted on to help anyone in need. A woman of many skills and interests, Victoria had worked in fields as widely varied as long-distance trucking and cosmetology. Most recently, she had worked at A.R.E. in Massillon for thirteen years and currently was employed by Ember Complete Care and Horizon. She loved riding motorcycles with her husband, especially her customized trike “Betty Boop”, was an avid history buff, and enjoyed playing solitaire in her spare time. She was a member of the New Philadelphia V.F.W. Ladies’ Auxiliary, the YMCA and the Tuscarawas County Senior Citizens who will be remembered for her wonderful laugh and beautiful one-of-a-kind voice.
She will be deeply missed by her beloved husband, Robert L. TraMmell; a number of friends; and her dogs and cat whom she loved dearly.
A private service is planned.
