Timoth E. Hammond, Jr.

Timothy E. “Tim” Hammond, Jr., 20, of Midvale, O., died Thursday, September 23, 2010 of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

Born December 20, 1989 in Dover, O., he was a son of Lori M. (Steele) Godoy of Midvale and Jeff E. Hammond of Uhrichsville, and a lifelong resident of the area.

Tim loved to go camping and fishing, and also enjoyed working on cars. He had worked in the landscaping industry.

Tim’s surviving family includes his mother, Lori M. Godoy and her companion, Robin Brown; father, Jeff E. Hammond; sister, Haley Kohler and her husband, Josh, of Ellsworth A.F.B. in South Dakota; brother, Nash Amrhein of Midvale; maternal grandparents, Gene and Maxine Steele of Uhrichsville; paternal grandmother, Constance Hammond of Uhrichsville; and many cousins, aunts, and uncles.

Services for Tim will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, September 27, in the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home at Dennison. Interment will follow in Uhrichsville’s Union Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday.
