Sharon Kay (Ghezzi) Ridenour, 74, of Uhrichsville passed away surrounded by her loving family on July 22, 2017 at Aultman Compassionate Care Center in Canton, Ohio. Born September 4, 1942 in Dennison, she was a daughter of the late Edward D. and Irma J. (Kinsey) Ghezzi. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Ridenour and grandson, Travis Ridenour.
  
  
  Sharon graduated from Uhrichsville School in 1960, she was a secretary for Tusco Grocers, Alsco, and a marketing representative for Handleman Company where she won numerous awards. She was an avid bowler, enjoyed crafts and gardening, and loved to cook and bake for her family. Sharon was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Dennison.
  
  
  Surviving family includes, children, Rick Ridenour, Jeff (Melanie) Ridenour, and Polly (Robert) Cox, III (daughter of the late Donald Estep); grandchildren, Ashley, Sierra, Dakota, Owen, and Hunter; siblings, Joan (Bill) Hutson, Paul (Karen) Ghezzi, Janice (Roy) Phillips, Tom (Karen) Ghezzi, Peg (Bob) Shepherd, Marilyn (Ed) Dotto, Tim (Sue) Ghezzi, and Betty (Rick) Wilson; longtime friend, Marge Johnson; former spouse, Jeff Risley; and numerous nieces and nephews.
  
  
  Father Tyron Tomson will celebrate the funeral Mass on Wednesday, July 26, at 10:00 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church in Dennison. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery near Dennison. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison, concluding with Christian Wake Service at 7:45 p.m. Contributions honoring Sharon’s memory may be made to Immaculate Conception Church.
