Sandra Dolores Mcgarvey

Sandra Dolores McGravey, 57, of New Philadelphia passed away unexpectedly in her home on July 25, 2022. Born June 6, 1965 in Dennison, she was a daughter of the late William Dale and Grace Dale (Wright) Whitacre. She is also preceded in death by her brothers, William Dale Whitacre, Jr. and Steve Lane, Jr.

Sandy attended Claymont Schools and was a homemaker.

Sandra’s surviving family includes her children, Angel, Amanda, D.J., Samantha, and Scotty; siblings, James (Rainbow) Whitacre and Linda Tinney; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Sandra’s wishes cremation will take place and she will be interred with her family at Evergreen Burial Park.

Those wishing to make a memorial donation in Sandy’s memory are encouraged to do so to the funeral home to help defray her final expenses.
