Roy Dean Arnold, 68, of Kimbolton, passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2016, at Riverside Manor in Newcomerstown. Born September 7, 1948 in Dennison, he was a son of the late Raymond and Frances (Wesson) Arnold.

Roy grew up in the Twin City area and was a 1966 graduate of Claymont High School before beginning his career with American General and Citigroup. He was a member of the Newcomerstown Elks and the Buckeye Horse Pullers.

On August 31, 1968, Roy married the former Brenda Sue Moore who survives him. He is also survived by children, Teri Arnold and Todd (Lona) Arnold; grandchildren, Carra and T.J. Arnold; brother, Clyde (Loretta) Arnold; and several nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his beloved canine companions, Casey and Mercedes. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Barb DeGraw, and brother, John Arnold.

Services, officiated by Rev. Marcie Dryden, will be held at 11am on Wednesday, October 12, in the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. Interment will follow in Rush Cemetery near Uhrichsville. Visitation will be 5-8pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
