Ronald L. Dague Ii

Ronald Lee Dague II, 37, of Uhrichsville, Ohio, was taken suddenly from this life on July 5, 2025 as the result of an accident while doing one of his favorite things – working on his car in his garage. Born August 2, 1987, he was the son of Gayla L. (Gerasimof) Galbreath and her husband, Jerry, of Uhrichsville.

Ron was a 2006 graduate of Claymont High School and Buckeye Career Center. A lifelong area resident, he was employed by Novelis Aluminum in Uhrichsville for the past four years, but was a machinist by trade. Outside of work, he enjoyed outdoor activities like fishing and hunting. He loved anything with wheels, and was a big racing fan – especially NASCAR. Ron also loved spending time with his children, “The Stillwater Crew”, riding their dirt bikes together, playing wiffle ball in the yard, and joking around with each other.

He will be deeply missed by his mother and stepfather, Gayla and Jerry; children, Carter, Cora, Larson, and Laynee Dague; sister, Nicole Kline and her husband, Jason; nephews, Beau and Briar Kline; his longtime girlfriend, Jaymie Gardner, and her daughters, Jaylyn and Caydee Gardner; his maternal grandfather, Theodore “Ted” Gerasimof; a special neighbor, Brantly Vosick; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Betty Gerasimof, and paternal grandparents, Ronnie and Jeanette Dague.

In keeping with Ron’s wishes, cremation is planned without a public visitation. His family will celebrate his life privately. Those wishing to honor his memory by a charitable contribution are encouraged to do so to their favorite charity, in lieu of flowers.
