Robin Elaine Shetler

Robin Elaine Shetler, 67, of Bowerston passed away peacefully on May 20, 2023 at Union Hospital Cleveland Clinic surrounded by her family following a battle with pulmonary fibrosis. Born February 25, 1956 she was a daughter of the late Pete and Jane (Amos) Zantene.

Robin graduated from Conotton Valley in 1974 and she continued to be part of the alumni association, then retired from Citizen’s Bank in Sherrodsville. She also served her community as a Bowerston EMT and firefighter on the volunteer fire department. Robin enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandkids, riding her bike on the Conotton Creek Trail, vacationing in the Smoky Mountains, and her monthly outings with her girlfriends.

On July 5, 1975 she married Levi E. Shetler, Jr. who survives her. Also surviving are her daughters, Tabitha Fisher, Amie (Derek) Warner, and Jennifer (Allen) Case; grandchildren, William, Ryin, Aidan, Cassie, Mason, Madelyn, and Jackson; and a sister, Cindy Slentz. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a son-in-law, Quinn Fisher and her granddaughter, Nicole Case.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to any animal shelter, Conotton Valley Alumni Association, or Conotton Creek Trail.
