Robert F. “Rob” Page, 45, of Dennison, Ohio passed away at his home on Sunday, April 1, 2012. Born August 13, 1966 in Dennison, he was a son of Richard Dean Page, Sr. and Dorothy Louise (Best) Page of Uhrichsville.
Rob was a lifelong resident of Dennison who attended Claymont High School and Rush Nazarene Church in his youth. He worked for many years as a tree trimmer until retiring so that he could be a full-time caregiver for his beloved daughter. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing and camping whenever he got the chance.
On September 24, 1994, he married Barbara A. (Haney) Page of the home. He is also survived by eight children, Justin Page of Kimbolton, Robert Page Jr. of Dennison, Shawna Page and Joshua Page of Kimbolton, Nichole (fiancé, Ernie Watson) Page of Dennison, James “Jimmy” (girlfriend, Karie Breitmeier) Page and Emily Page of the home, and Kristen Jones of Newcomerstown; grandchildren, Isabella Watson of Dennison, Nathan and Kaden Halsey and Olivia White of Kimbolton, and Brandon Page of the home; brothers, Richard D. “Richie” Page, Jr., Ross (Sandra) Page and Ralph Page, all of Uhrichsville; a sister, Christy (Robert) Cox of Tippecanoe; many nieces and nephews; and his mother-in-law, Margaret Haney of Uhrichsville, as well as his parents. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Angel Lippencott; his father-in-law, Bobby Haney; and an aunt to whom he was especially close, Julia Frigley.
In keeping with Rob’s wishes, he has been cremated. A memorial service and celebration of his life, officiated by Rev. Mark Unrue, will be held on Saturday, April 7th at 1:00 p.m. at the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. Interment will be in Rush Church Cemetery near Uhrichsville. His family will receive callers at the funeral home, beginning at noon on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Robert Page Memorial Fund through any branch of the Dover-Phila Federal Credit Union. Those attending Rob’s services are encouraged to wear green or camouflage attire in remembrance of his love of the outdoors and hunting.
