Robert Lee Easlick

Robert Lee Easlick, 66, of New Philadelphia passed away at Union Hospital Cleveland Clinic on December 16, 2024. Born on April 8, 1958 in Dover, he was a son of the late Robert and Martha (Lovell) Easlick-Yant. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Gary Easlick; aunts, Shirley Gleaton and Barb Lovell; and cousin, Tammy Gleaton Cooper.

He will be missed by his family including his son, Shane Johnson; grandson, Paul Johnson; brother, Kenny Yant, Jr.; cousins, Tracy (Nedra) Lovell and Lisa (Ken) Amos; and special longtime caregivers, Cathy Zimmerman and Alva Mackey.

Robert worked for Starlight Enterprises and was a member of the Tuscarawas County Rockets Basketball team, having been on the 2008 State Championship team. He was an avid fan of any Ohio sports team, WWE wrestling, and enjoyed bocce.

Services for Robert will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, December 20th at R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. Visitation will be held 2 hours prior from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Dennison. Memorial contributions may be made to Starlight Enterprises.
