Richie Burr Wright, 77, of Uhrichsville, passed away on Sunday, September 26, 2021, at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville. Born October 20, 1943 in Ohio, he was a son of the late Thomas Menter Wright and Ruth Adelphia (Morehead) Wright.

He will be deeply missed by his surviving family which includes his sons, James (Tracy) Miller, Tony Wright, and Richie (Nicole) Wright, Jr.; daughter, Tina Miller; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Christina, Ann, Tommy, Aaron, and Brandon; and a number of extended family members. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Ann “Ann” (Bier) Wright; son, Michael Miller; and a grandson, Michael.

Richie’s funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 29, at the R. K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home, prior to his funeral. He will be interred in his family’s private cemetery on a later date.
