Richard Lee “Rich” Morrow, 81, of Uhrichsville, passed away peacefully at his companion, Rondolyn’s home on Saturday, June 28, 2026. Born on September 12, 1944, in Dennison, Ohio, Rich was the son of the late Leo Lawrence and Gladys Ruth (Haney) Morrow.
Rich dedicated much of his career as a mechanic at Gibbs Chevrolet in Uhrichsville for a number of years until the company’s closure. He then went on to work for Dover Chemical until his retirement. During his retirement, Rick worked for Todd’s Mowing. He was a graduate of Uhrichsville High School, Class of 1963, and was member of the Uhrichsville Elks Lodge and Brownsville Church in Deersville.
Rich had a passion for anything with wheels. He enjoyed cars, motorcycles, dirt bikes, and racing. He enjoyed rebuilding both his own and others dirt bikes after races.
For the past 15 years, Rich shared his life with his loving companion Rondolyn O’Guin, and will be missed by her and her son, Travis O’Guin; his cousins, Robert Haney, Lee Gladman, and Tim Moulton; best friend, John Zannon; and his former wife, Karen Morrow.
In keeping with Rich’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial contributions may be made to the Tuscarawas County Humane Society 1432 Tall timber Rd. N.E., New Philadelphia, OH 44663 in Rich’s memory.
