Richard "Dick" Brindley

Richard “Dick” Brindley, age 84, of Oroville, California, formerly a resident of Uhrichsville, passed away on March 17, 2011. Born April 10, 1926 in Uhrichsville, he was a son of the late Roy and Nina (McCue) Brindley. He was a graduate of Uhrichsville High School in the class of 1944.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Paula Kay who had lived in California, and a brother, Jack V. Brindley who was a resident of Dennison. He is survived by a daughter, Karen Schaller and her husband and children of Astoria, Oregon; a son, Kim Brindley of Hawaii; two sisters, Peggy (Bill) McPeck and Shirley (Ed) Griffin, of Uhrichsville; a brother, Redell “Butch” (Penny) Brindley of Uhrichsville; a sister-in-law, Rita Brindley of Dennison; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services were held March 19 in Oroville, California.
