Rena A. Roseberry

Rena Ann Roseberry, 84, of Dennison, passed away on Thursday, May 10, 2018, at Schoenbrunn Healthcare in New Philadelphia. Born June 16, 1933 in Uhrichsville, she was a daughter of the late Newton Cole and Margaret June (Scott) Maxwell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Rebecca Chini.

Rena was a 1953 graduate of Leavittsburg High School in Warren Township. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker who also spent many years working in home healthcare. She loved cooking and collecting cookbooks. Rena was a longtime member of Immaculate Conception Church in Dennison.

Rena will be deeply missed by her surviving family which includes her son-in-law, Dave Chini; three grandsons, David (Desiree) Bender, Christopher Chini and Matthew Chini; great-grandchildren, Darren, Katlynn, Maddison and Tyler Bender, and Arianna Chini; her former spouse and dear friend, R.H. Roseberry; sister, Shirley (Frank) Barker; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Father Tyron Tomson will celebrate the funeral Mass on Wednesday, May 16, at 3:00 p.m. in Immaculate Conception Church in Dennison. Visitation will be 1:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. on Wednesday at the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society and Crossroads Hospice.
