Randall Lee Wilson, 66, of Gnadenhutten, was suddenly called home to the Lord while working at his home on Thursday, November 12, 2015. Born January 12, 1949 in Dennison, he was a son of the late Donald Eugene Wilson and Alice Lou (Hines) Wilson Rice.
Randall was a lifelong resident of the area and a 1967 graduate of Gnadenhutten High School who was a longtime, faithful member of Uhrichsville Christian Fellowship. In his spare time, he loved to do carpentry and woodworking, garden, and take care of his home. Above all else, he was a devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather who will be deeply missed by his family.
On June 8, 1968, Randall married the former Dorothy Ellen Lendon who survives him along with their children, Charlene (Arthur) Grindley, Randall Lee Wilson II, Earl (Jane) Wilson, John (Lori) Wilson, and Paul (Terri) Wilson; grandchildren, Airianne, Adel, Andrew, Autumn, Jacob, Travis, Justin, Katie, Jared, Klayton, Chrystal, Rachel, Hali, Laci, Halli, Jake, Charli, and Chandler; and great-grandchildren, Dakota, Austin, Lincoln, Landen, Jacob, Alexia, Levi, Braden, Riley, Roslyn, and Joey with another expected.
In keeping with Randall’s wishes, he has been cremated without a public visitation. A memorial service and celebration of his life, officiated by Pastor Tom Klaserner, will be held at 10am on Saturday, November 21, 2015, at Uhrichsville Christian Fellowship. Memorial donations may be made to Uhrichsville Christian Fellowship.
