Penny Louise Urban

Penny Louise Urban, 71, of Bloomingdale, Ohio, formerly of Dennison, passed away on Tuesday, December 2, 2014, at Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville. Born December 2, 1943 in Mingo Junction, she was a daughter of the late Max William and Gertrude Mae (Engstrom) Urban. Penny attended the Starlight School in her youth, and later worked for the Jeffco Workshop.
She is survived by her sisters, Mrs. Charles (Ella Mae) Cook with whom she had resided and Mrs. John (Hazel Ann) Taibi of Follansbee, West Virginia, as well as several nieces and nephews.
A private family burial took place at Calvary Cemetery in New Philadelphia where she was interred with her parents. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
