Paul F. Lunemann

Paul Francis Lunemann, 64, a resident of the Scio, Ohio area since 2010, having previously resided in Oak Park, Michigan, passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2022 at Sunnyslope Nursing Home in Bowerston, Ohio. Born July 6, 1957 in Parkersburg, West Virginia, he was a son of Albert Carl Lunemann with whom he had resided and the late Rosemary Agnes (Yeater) Lunemann.

In addition to his father, Paul is survived by his siblings, Mary Beth (Jon) Traines, Anna Lunemann, Jim (Bonnie) Lunemann, and Vince Lunemann; nephews and nieces, Jacob (Chiara), David (Olivia), Seth (Becca), Catrina, Christina, Michael, Gregory (Kaitlyn), Katie, Emily (Xavier), and Elizabeth (Konnor); and great-nephews and great-nieces, Aubrey, Travis, Nova, Marissa, Kaelee, Michael Jr., and Isaiah.

Paul was an usher for many years at St. Beatrice Catholic Church in Southfield, Michigan, and was currently a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Dennison. He enjoyed collecting recipes and miniature toys, and he loved researching those interests on the internet.

According to Paul’s wishes, cremation is planned and a celebration of his life will be held on a future date. This website will be updated when arrangements are confirmed. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Parkinson’s Foundation and Community Hospice.
