Paul Lowell Anderegg, 69, of Uhrichsville, Ohio, passed away on Friday, April 6, 2012 at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio, after a lengthy illness. Born December 22, 1942 in Tuscarawas County’s Rush Twp., he was a son of the late Edward Hiram and Alice Anna (Sproul) Anderegg.

Paul lived in Rush Twp. for nearly all his life and was a graduate of Uhrichsville High School in the class of 1960. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in 1965 from Tri-State University in Angola, Indiana which prepared him for his thirty-eight year career as a cost accountant for Gradall Co. in New Philadelphia. After retiring from Gradall in 2003, he enjoyed attending the “Old-timers’ Banquets” for their retirees. In addition to his work at Gradall, Paul was a lifelong dairy farmer who loved the time that he spent working on his family farm.

On August 21, 1965, he married the former Alberta L. “Bertie” Lester who survives him at their home. He is also survived by their five children, Harry (Lisa) Anderegg of Uhrichsville, Michael (Mona) Anderegg of Uhrichsville, Paula (Jeff) Craven of Canal Fulton, Karen (Robert) Tschudy of New Philadelphia, Cindy (Richard Mazzoleni) Anderegg of Uhrichsville; grandchildren, Paul, Gary and Marissa Anderegg, Ashley, Kayla and Grant Tschudy, Sarah (Adam) Triplett, Michael (Stephanie Christner) Hall, David Hall, Alaina and Kyle Craven, Ryan Ruble, and Brian and Austin Mazzoleni; great-grandchildren, Greenliegh, Logan and Zaylea Hall; sisters, Donna Lee Gunsalus of North Royalton and Charlotte Van Hook of Libertyville, Ill.; brother, Doyle (Jean) Anderegg of Columbus; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant brother, Herbert Lemoyne Anderegg.

Services for Paul, officiated by Rev. Harry Milligan, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, April 10, in the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. Interment will follow in New Philadelphia’s Evergreen Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, April 9. Those wishing to honor Paul’s memory by a charitable contribution are encouraged to do so to the Ferguson Transplantation Fund which supports the kidney transplantation program at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
