Nicholas Meuhlen, Iii

Nicholas Meuhlen, III, 65, of Uhrichsville, died Saturday, Nov. 18, 2017, at Union Hospital in Dover. Born July 28, 1952 in Dennison, he was a son of the late Mary Lou (Stewart) Devore and Nicholas “Peck” Meuhlen, II. He was a lifelong Twin City resident who had been an autobody technician. Nick will be remembered as an amazing musician with a talent for playing any stringed instrument.

He is survived by his children, Rick (Michelle) Meuhlen, Leigha Meuhlen and Krista (Kristoffer) Bower; grandchildren, Jameson, Kori, Ashlynn, Danielle, Gibson, Alexandrea, Braylon, Fender and Elizibeith; and sisters, Donna Shamel, Jackie Marini, June Mishler and Cindy Ripple, and their families.

In keeping with Nick’s wishes, cremation is planned without a public visitation or service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Claymont Health and Rehabilitation where he had received excellent care while a resident.
