Michael Todd Kadri, 56, of Minerva, was called home to Heaven and inherited the Kingdom of God on Friday, January 23, 2015, from Mercy Medical Center in Canton, after a sudden illness. Born March 6, 1958 in Dennison, he was a son of the late James Franklin Kadri and Betty Lou (Mishler) Kadri-Johnson.
For the past 16 years, Michael resided at the Mayle Home near Minerva, having previously been a Twin City resident for many years. He loved attending church at Preach the Word Ministries with his family whom he will watch over from Heaven. Michael will be remembered for his beautiful artwork that exploded with color, his great memory for dates, and his love of boxing.
Michael is survived by a brother, Duane (Jae Lynn) Kadri of Dennison; nieces and nephews: Brandie, Kim, Nikki, James III, Lacie, Heather, Christie, Jimmy, Tracey, Derek, Chaz, Mindy, Savannah, Keenan, Kao, Hannah, Brittany, and Tanner; many great-nieces and great-nephews; and his loving caregivers at the Mayle Home, especially Melvin to whom he was especially close . In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Joseph Kadri and James Kadri, II.
Services, officiated by Pastor Lisa Meese, will be held at 11am on Tuesday, January 27, in the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. Interment will follow in Uhrichsville’s Union Cemetery. Visitation will be 4-7pm on Monday in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Preach the Word Ministries.
