Mary Jane Grimm

Mary Jane Grimm, 78, of Dennison, passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2022, at Riverside Manor in Newcomerstown, following a brief period of declining health. Born January 31, 1943, she was the only child of the late Frank Garnett Stewart, Jr. and Mary Frances (Reed) Stewart.

On her 21 ^st birthday, Mary Jane wed the love of her life, Joseph Roy Grimm, with whom she enjoyed over 57 years of loving marriage until his passing on June 13, 2021. They are survived by their daughter, Mary Kay Negron; son-in-law, Wesley Lowe; and grandson, Joseph Lowe. Mary Jane is also survived by her brother-in-law, Ernest Grimm, and many dear extended family members. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two grandsons, Wesley Isaac Lowe and Matthew Nichols.

Mary Jane was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker who had devoted her life to her family. She cherished the time that she spent with them and with her many beloved canine companions over the years.

Her funeral will be held at noon on Wednesday, January 19, at the R. K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison with visitation from 11:00 a.m. to noon, prior to the service. She will interred alongside her late husband, Joe, in Uhrichsville’s Union Cemetery.
