Marvin E. Fiester

Marvin Eugene Fiester, 69, of Dennison, passed away at the Community Hospice Truman House in New Philadelphia on Friday, May 29, 2020. Born March 30, 1951 in Dennison, he was the son of the late Albert Eugene and Betty Stella (Terakedis) Fiester. He was a lifelong area resident who was well known as a mason in the local construction industry.

Marvin will be deeply missed by his surviving family which includes his children, Shane (Ashley) Fiester and Keely (Jeff) Hutton; grandchildren, Kyden Fiester, McKenzie Fiester, Devon Fiester, Madison Swigert, Parker Hutton and Brynlee Hutton; great-granddaughter, Myah Swigert; sister, Linda (Tom) Weaver; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Nathan Cummings. Marvin enjoyed fishing, in his spare time, and he loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, whom he adored.

According to Marvin’s wishes, cremation is planned without a public visitation or service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice, 716 Commercial Ave. S.W., New Philadelphia, OH  44663.
