A 1972 graduate of Claymont High School, she attended the Community College of Allegheny County from 1973 to 1974 before graduating from the Aultman Hospital School of Professional Nursing in 1977. Marti also served as the Vice President of Twin City Park and Waterway, Inc. from 2023-2026.
