Linda D. Edwards

Linda Darlene Edwards, 70, of Coshocton, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at Mercy Medical Center in Canton, Ohio after a brief illness. Born June 11, 1941 near Gnadenhutten, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Vernon and Millie (Reichman) Wolfe. A graduate of Gnadenhutten High School in the class of 1959, Linda was an insurance agent in addition to being a homemaker.

Linda’s surviving family includes two sons, Mike Edwards and Dave (Star) Edwards of Uhrichsville; a sister, Pat (Randy) Goddard of New Philadelphia; brothers, Vernon Wolfe of California and Phil Wolfe of Port Washington; many grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Melanie Edwards, as well as her parents.

Services for Linda, officiated by the Dr. Douglas Downs, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, May 11, at the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. Interment will follow in Gnadenhutten’s Clay-Union Cemetery. Prior to the funeral service, family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
