Linda D. Christmas

Linda Doris Christmas, 69, of New Philadelphia, passed away on Friday, October 14, 2016, at Mercy Medical Center in Canton. Born September 12, 1947 in New York, New York, she was one of four children, including Kathleen (John) Wray, Suzan (William) McGinn, and Thomas White, Jr., born to the late Thomas Earl White, Sr. and Doris Mary (Baker) White. Linda was the manager of Eagle Truck Stop for 30 years where she began working with them since the day the doors opened.

Linda is survived by her children, Michael (Laurie) White, Thomas (companion, Bailey Stocker) White, Lawrence (Julie) Marini, Melinda (fiancé, Kenny Sorba) Marini, and Scott Marini; grandchildren, Heather (fiancé, Zach Miller), Alex (fiancée, Heather Procario), Jamie, Nathan, Corey, Mayah, Julia, Desiree, Justin, Bree, Ryan, Dominic, and Isabella; great-grandchildren, Ryan, Rylee, Mason, and Mackenzie; and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her dear friend, Jaswinder Singha, and his wife, Khushwinder, and son, Simar.

Father Tyron Tomson will celebrate a funeral Mass on Thursday, October 20 at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Church in Dennison. Interment will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery near Dennison.
