L. Anne Biclawski

Lois Anne Biclawski, “Anne” to her family and friends, 87, of Uhrichsville, passed away on Saturday, October 10, 2020 at Claymont Health and Rehabilitation in Uhrichsville. Born December 2, 1932 in Barnhill, she was a daughter of the late Thomas Henry Singerman and Margaret Marie (Schmidt) Singerman.

On July 6, 1974, Anne married Charles Biclawski with whom she enjoyed nearly 19 years of marriage until his passing on April 8, 1993. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, James Singerman, and sister, Emma Evelyn Maurer. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Margie Singerman; brother-in-law, Brownie “Junior” Vosick; nieces and nephews, Gretchen Maurer, Michael Maurer, Becky and Bob Carpenter, Sherry and Mark Donohoe, and Scott and Trudy Singerman; great-nephews, Robbie Carpenter and Zachary Jones; and several stepchildren.

Anne was a lifelong area resident who was a 1950 graduate of Uhrichsville High School and a longtime member of Uhrichsville First Presbyterian Church. She retired from AT&T after over 40 years of service, having been a manager of operations services.

In the interest of public health, a private family service is planned. She will be interred with her husband at Evergreen Burial Park in New Philadelphia. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice.
