Kolby Elmer Lee Specht, infant son of William F. Specht II and Jessica D. Morris of Bowerston, was called to Heaven at birth on Friday, October 25, 2013 from Wheeling Hospital. He is survived by his paternal grandparents, George and Amy Specht of Bowerston; maternal grandparents, Richard and Nancy Morris of Freeport; half sisters, Arianna Specht of Bowerston and Jamie Specht of Dennison; aunts and uncles, Holly Morris of Flushing, Connie and Jason Howell of Holloway, Dave Specht of Leesville, and Doug and Mandy Specht of Midvale; and many cousins. A graveside service, officiated by Pastor Patricia Peoples, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 30, at Bowerston’s Longview Cemetery.
