Kelly W. Stoyanovich

Kelly Wayne Stoyanovich, 59, of Gnadenhutten, passed away at his home after an apparent coronary event, on Monday, January 27, 2020. Born November 9, 1960 at Dover, he was the son of Callene Marie (Starkey) Stoyanovich Peterson and the late George Stoyanovich.

Kelly was a lifelong area resident who had been employed by the village of Gnadenhutten’s maintenance department for 14 years. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting, fishing and boating, in his spare time.

He will be deeply missed by his surviving family which includes his mother, Callene, with whom he had resided; nephew, Jameson (companion, Stephanie) Marlatt ; niece, Lacy (Andrew) Monticelli; and brother-in-law, Jeff Marlatt. He was preceded in death by his father, George; sister, Carmen Marlatt; and stepfather, Robert Peterson.

Services, officiated by Pastor Ben Smith, will be held at noon on Wednesday, January 29, at the R. K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. to noon, prior to the service on Wednesday. Those wishing to honor Kelly’s memory by a charitable contribution are encouraged to do so to the American Cancer Society.
