Judy grew up in Gnadenhutten and attended Indian Valley South before her family moved to the Cleveland area. While living in Cleveland, she was employed by Marsh Allen. Judy was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who enjoyed doing ceramics in her spare time.

She is survived by her children, Michael (Jenn) Freeman, Penny (Jerry) Hill, Bob (Paul) Freeman, Jr. and Kim (Jim) Harbin; grandchildren, Bennette, Lily, Owen, Everette, Kayla, Sami, Chelsea, Tripp, Jillian, Kayla, Kelsey and Bryden; great-grandchildren, Tyson, Zailei, Kaisyn and Derik; brothers, Tim (Ellen) and Randy (Connie) Timmerman; and many dear extended family members, including nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three children, Jamie Jordan, Missy Parks and Robert Parks.

Her family wishes to extend special thanks to Community Hospice for the exceptional care they provided to Judy, and they request that memorial contributions be made to Community Hospice, in lieu of flowers.
