Joyce Pasquinelli, 83, of Tuscarawas, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at Union Hospital in Dover. Born August 30, 1930 in Uhrichsville, she was a daughter of the late Herman and Minnie (Rupenthal) Schwab.
  
  
  A lifelong resident of the area, Joyce was a 1948 graduate of Tuscarawas-Warwick High School. In addition to being a loving wife, mother, grandmother and homemaker, she had also been a librarian at the Indian Valley Middle School in the 70s and 80s. In retirement, she enjoyed volunteering at Community Hospice and Union Hospital. Throughout her life she enjoyed playing cards and belonged to several ladies’ card clubs.
  
  
  On July 1, 1950, Joyce married Steve Pasquinelli with whom she enjoyed nearly 47 years of marriage until his passing on July 26, 1997. They are survived by children, Gwen (Gary) Beamer and Stephen (Jackie) Pasquinelli of Wainwright; grandchildren, Jennifer (Todd) Fawcett, Mandi Beamer, Stephen (Libby) Pasquinelli, Jr., Patrick (Heather) Pasquinelli, Kayla Beamer and Aimee Pasquinelli; and great-grandchildren, Jordan, Chase, Tyler, Maxine, Ryan, Alexis, Esther, Princess, and Jack Matthew. Joyce is also survived by her sister, Norma Owens of Dover, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Donald and James Schwab, as well as her parents and husband.
  
  
  A graveside service, officiated by Rev. Hugh Berry will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 16, in Port Washington-Salem Union Cemetery where she will be interred beside her beloved husband. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice, 716 Commercial Ave. S.W., New Philadelphia, OH 44663.
