James Charles Clough

James “Jim” Charles Clough, 74, of Dennison, passed away unexpectedly at his home on March 11, 2026. He was born in Dennison on March 21, 1951 to the late James Lester and Edith Pauline (Visintainer) Clough.

Jim was a 1969 Claymont graduate and continued his education at Iowa Wesleyan University where he received his bachelors in business. He retired from Gradall in 2017. Jim was a member of the American Italian Club and enjoyed golfing.

He will be missed by his companion, Dorothy “Didi” Rogers; his daughters, Elizabeth (Steve) Breehl and Rebecca (Levi) Gambs; grandchildren; Simon Gambs, Katelyn Breehl, and William Breehl; Didi’s children, Stephanie (Josh) Atkins and Adam (Kirstie) Rogers; Didi’s grandchildren, who he considered his own, Arie Atkins, Cid Atkins, Emerson Rogers, and Josie Rogers; and a sister, Cathryn (Charles) Peck.

In keeping with his wishes, he has been cremated. A service will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Tuscarawas County Humane Society.
