Hollace Lynn Nester
August 14, 1947 — February 6, 2019
Hollace Lynn Nester, 71, of Dover, passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at the Community Hospice Truman House in New Philadelphia. Born August 14, 1947 in Cleveland, she was the daughter of the late George Russell and Jeraldine Elizabeth (Walters) Daniel.
A resident of Dover since 1990, Hollace enjoyed crocheting and reading, especially mystery novels. She read and studied her Bible daily and loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. She will be deeply missed by her daughter, Tonia Nester, with whom she resided, and her grandson, Preston Nester.
In keeping with Hollace’s wishes, cremation is planned. A memorial service, officiated by Pastor Todd Gopp, will be held at 7:00 pm on Monday, February 11, in The Barn at New Philadelphia First Baptist Church. Visitation will be held from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to New Philadelphia First Baptist Church, in lieu of flowers.
