Heidi L. Villeneuve

Heidi Leigh Villeneuve, 50, of Dennison, Ohio, passed away at her home on Monday, July 20, 2026. Born February 23, 1976 in Glens Falls, New York, she was the daughter of Daniel G. Allen of Buckhannon, West Virginia and the late Marie E. McComsey.

Previously a resident of Johnsburg, New York, Heidi had made Dennison her home for the past eight years during which time she discovered a passion for fishing – a pastime that she indulged in every chance she got. She had a great love for nature and a deep appreciation for sunrises and sunsets, as well as more dramatic weather like thunderstorms. Along with her late husband, she had even enjoyed chasing tornadoes. While living in the Twin City area, Heidi was a member of the Uhrichsville Church of the Nazarene.

In addition to her father, Heidi leaves behind her children, Sierra Harper and her husband, Mitch, Ronald Swearengin Jr. and his wife, Morgan, Maryjane Swearengin, Charles Swearengin – her “bonus son”, and Maya Allen; grandchildren, Jackson Harper and Josiah Swearengin; and her pets, Blue and Twister. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ronald Swearengin Sr; second husband, Peter Villeneuve; and dear friends, Alberta Gere and Kyle D. Hoffman.

According to Heidi’s wishes, cremation is planned without a public viewing or service. Her family will celebrate her life privately on a future date.
