Guadalupe H. Mancha

April 25, 1962 — May 7, 2026

Uhrichsville, Ohio

Guadalupe Herrick Mancha, 64, of Uhrichsville, Ohio, passed away at his home on Thursday, May 7, 2026. Born April 25, 1962 in Reno, Nevada, he was a son of Guadalupe S. and Lucille Mancha.

A resident of Uhrichsville for the past 14 years, Lupe had previously resided in Baton Rouge, Louisiana after growing up in Nevada. He was a gifted mechanic who began his career by working on heavy equipment in the Nevada gold mining industry. Locally, he had worked for several area companies. Lupe was the sort of man who always needed to be working on some sort of project, but when he did find time to relax, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and travel.

In 2002, Lupe married Shelby J. (née Dryden) Mancha who survives him along with their children, Savannah (Kameron) Henry, Sam Mancha, and Tommy Mancha; grandchildren, Sofia and Westyn Henry; his sisters, Thalia, Tina, Jill, Shirleen, Belinda, Arlette, and Hortencia; brothers, Leonard, Gary, and Deland; cousin, Donna; and a large extended family encompassing numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepmother, Shirley; and brothers, Jesse, Lester, Merlan, and Gayle.

According to Lupe’s wishes, cremation is planned without a public visitation. Those wishing to honor his memory by a charitable contribution are encouraged to do so to Not Our Native Daughters – a charity raising awareness and advocating for Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women – in lieu of flowers.
