E. Frances Patterson

E. Frances Patterson, 85, of Uhrichsville, formerly of Dennison, passed away at her home on Friday, June 9, 2017, after a period of declining health. Born July 29, 1931 in Perrysville, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Robert A. “Rick” and Mildred E. (Murphy) Patterson. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Robert E. Patterson.

Frances was a lifelong area resident and a 1949 graduate of Uhrichsville High School. She was employed by the State Data Center in New Philadelphia for many years until her retirement in 1993 and had also worked at the Uhrichsville Evening Chronicle.

Frances will be interred beside her beloved parents in Union Cemetery in Uhrichsville. No public visitation or service is planned. In lieu of flowers, charitable contributions honoring her memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, D.C. 20090-6011.
