Dianna L. Patterson

Dianna Lynn Patterson, age 65, of Uhrichsville, Ohio, passed away in her home on June 18, 2023. Born May 7, 1958 in Dover, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Richard L. Yarington and Peggy Ann (Weaver) Stewart.

Dianna leaves behind her husband of nearly 49 years, Richard S. Patterson, with whom she was united in marriage on July 15, 1974. She is also survived by their children, April (Bill Andreas) Leeper, Beckie (Bob) Yoder, Doug (Jami) Patterson, and Dante (Katie) Patterson. She has ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sisters, Nadine (Gary) Milburn, Shelley (Jeff) Whitman, and Milissa (John) James, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant great-grandson, Ryder Douglas Lee Patterson.

Dianna spent her life devoted to her family. She was undoubtedly one of the most important figures in the lives of her loved ones. She enjoyed being outdoors – especially working in her flower beds, and she treasured the time that she spent on family vacations to Cocoa Beach, Florida.

According to her wishes, cremation is planned. Her family is holding a celebration of her life, beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at Dennison Foursquare Church, 7325 US-250, Dennison, OH 44621. In lieu of flowers, contributions honoring Dianna’s memory may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
