Debra K. Musick

Debra Kay Musick, 66, of Uhrichsville, passed away on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at the Community Hospice Truman House in New Philadelphia, while surrounded by her loving family. Born February 1, 1957 in Dover, she was a daughter of the late Donald Gene and Marilyn Vena (Roseberry) Hupp. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin sisters, Carol Ann and Sue Ann Hupp; brother, Donald G. Hupp, Jr.; and the love of her life, Mike Musick.

A resident of Tuscarawas County for most of her life, Debbie will be remembered for her overflowing love and generosity for any and all who came to her home in need – a true healer of hearts. Even though she never had much, she always found a way to share what she did have. She loved watching the birds around her home that came to her feeder, especially hummingbirds.

Debbie leaves behind four children, Chrystal Gerthing, Eric Riddle, Brian (Miranda) Hupp, and Shawn (Crystal) Musick; stepchildren, Michelle Copen, Willie Musick, and Cindy Gadfield; many grandchildren, including Mason (Autumn), Marcus (Fantasia), Brandi (Keith), Jaycub (Freedom), Travis, Austin, Taylor, Alyssa (Jacob), Morgan, Carter, Cheyanne, Elizabeth, Ethan, and Emmalynn, and a number of great-grandchildren; a brother, Jeff (Shonna) Hupp; two sisters, Beverly (Ray) Blake and Kimberly (Jeremy) Ketchum; sister-in-law, Barb Hupp; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Debbie’s wishes, she has been cremated. Her family plan a celebration of her life on a future date.
