Claude Beitzel, Jr., 60, of Bowerston, passed away at his home on Saturday, July 11, 2020. Born September 28, 1959 in Dover, he was a son of the late Claude and Reba Jean (Jeandavine) Beitzel. Claude was a lifelong area resident who had been employed by Kimble Fabrications in Midvale. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved fishing, camping, pontooning and spending time in nature. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren.

Claude will be deeply missed by his surviving family which includes his longtime, loving companion, Victoria Fisher and her sons, Justin and Daniel Fisher; his sons, Scotty and Tommy Beitzel; 9 grandchildren; brothers, Doug Beitzel and Tim Jeandavine; sister, Maxine Plotner; three nieces; and three nephews. Claude would also wish to thank the special people who have been there for him and for Victoria through his final illness, including Mike and Ruth Sickels, Becky, Joe and Emmie Sickels, Joyce Burns, and Stacey and Joe Barnhart.
