Cheryl Ann Tantarelli

Cheryl Ann Tantarelli, 68, of Uhrichsville, passed away on Saturday, December 7, 2013 at Trinity West Hospital in Steubenville after a lengthy illness. Born June 5, 1945 in Dennison, she was a daughter of the late William Emerson Kennedy and Mary Elizabeth (Furall) Kennedy Paden.

A graduate of Uhrichsville High School in the class of 1963, Cheryl was a lifelong resident of the Twin City area. She was employed for many years by Ember Home Healthcare, in addition to being a loving mother, grandmother and homemaker. In her retirement, she loved to play Bingo.

Cheryl is survived by three sons, John Tantarelli, Jr. of Uhrichsville, Vinnie (Angel) Tantarelli of Dennison and Ronnie (Janelle) Tantarelli of Dennison; four grandchildren, Nathan, Courtney, Nakayla and Cole Tantarelli; three brothers, Gary (Judy) Kennedy of Cleveland, Donnie (Lillian) Kennedy of Dover and Bill Kennedy of Dover; and many nieces and nephews.

Services for Cheryl, officiated by Pastor Jim McConnell, will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 11, in the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. Interment will be in Uhrichsville’s Union Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
