Cecil H. Emmert, 58, of Dennison, Ohio, passed away at his home on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 after a lengthy illness. He is survived by many loving family members who will miss him dearly and was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Jackie, five years ago. Private family services are planned.
