Brandy Renee Boles-Vosick, 23, of Dover, O., formerly of the Tappan Lake area, passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 29, 2009 at Cleveland University Hospital, from an apparent brain aneurysm.
Born October 19, 1985 in Dennison, O., she was the daughter of David A. and Lisa M. (Marlatt) Boles.
Brandy was a lifelong resident of the area and a graduate of Conotton Valley High School in the class of 2004. Currently a nurses’ aide at Union Hospital, she had previously worked at Sunnyslope Nursing Home in Bowerston. She loved to cook, as well as playing softball, horseback riding and taking photographs. Her greatest joy, though, came from the time that she spent with her family, especially her children.
In addition to her parents, Brandy is survived by her three sons, Caden, Kyler and Noah; two special friends, Justin Vosick of Tippecanoe and Ryan Basham of Dover; her paternal grandparents, William “Bill”, Sr. and Gloria Jean Boles of the Tappan Lake area; her maternal grandparents, Linn and Hilda Marlatt of Uhrichsville; her maternal great grandmother, Margaret Greer of Uhrichsville; and a brother, David A. Boles, II and his fiancée, Jamie Cecil, of Uhrichsville.
Brandy is also survived by many loving extended family members, including aunts and uncles, Margarett Marlatt of Dover, Judy and Steve Loibil of Dover, Diane and Mike Sanner of Tuscarawas, and Bill Boles, Jr. of Columbus; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; several great aunts and great uncles; and a host of dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her great grandparents, Charles Marlatt, Mariage and Eileen Gastia, Margaret and Chester Boles, and Bobo and Edna Watkins.
Services for Brandy, officiated by Rev. Bob James, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 2, in the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home at Dennison. Interment will follow in Ridgecrest Memory Gardens at Dover.
Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Those wishing to honor Brandy’s memory by a charitable contribution are encouraged to do so to the American Cancer Society.
