Aurelius "Ray Ray" Jacob Gatchell

Aurelius Jacob “Ray Ray” Gatchell, 3, of Uhrichsville went to Heaven on December 21, 2018, surrounded by his family, following a courageous 8 month battle with cancer. He never stopped fighting his battle and always did so with a smile on his face and telling everyone how much he loved them. He truly was an inspiration to every person’s life he touched. He was born on July 5, 2015.

He is survived by his parents, Donald Charles Richard and Amanda Gatchell; brothers and sisters, Anthony, Codi, Aryana, Adrianna, and Achlious “KiKi”; grandparents, Mike and Nancy Gatchell and Randy and Jo Bloom; great grandparents, Chris Bloom and companion Linda Fox, and Richard and Sandra Gatchell; many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by great grandparents, Judy and Blaine Davidson and Frances Bloom.

A service for Ray Ray will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday December 27 at the R.K. Lindsey Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to the family, in lieu of flowers.
