Anna Rosalie Robinson

Anna Rosalie Robinson, 86, of Dennison, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital in Dover, Ohio, following a period of declining health. Born August 31, 1938 in Deersville, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Goldie Holmes.

Anna grew up in Cadiz, Ohio where she was a graduate of Cadiz High School. On November 7, 1959, she married Robert L. “Bob” Robinson with whom she spent over 50 years of loving marriage until his passing on February 3, 2010. They are survived by their daughter, Stephanie (Mark) Carroll; son, Scott Robinson; grandson, Matthew (Katelyn) Carroll; granddaughter, Kelli Carroll; great-granddaughter, Amelia Carroll; and a special nephew who was loved like a son, Danny Richardson.

A longtime member of Roxford Methodist Church, Anna will also be missed by her church family who were very dear to her. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who had devoted her life to her family. She loved living on their family farm and helping to take care of their cows, as well as her precious feline companion, Kit-Kat. In her later years, she loved passing the time by solving word search puzzles.

Pastor Jim Manbeck will officiate her funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, August 11, at the R. K. Lindsey Funeral Home in Dennison. Interment will follow beside her beloved husband in Uhrichsville’s Union Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to call at the funeral home from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 10.
