Angel M. Hupp

Angel Marie Hupp, 62, of the Tappan Lake area, passed away on Sunday, February 27, 2022, at Aultman Hospital in Canton. Born August 21, 1959 in Dennison, she was a daughter of the late Charles Elmer and Margie Ruth (Siggers) Best.

Angel is survived by her loving companion of 39 years and husband since April 7, 2001, Martin E. Hupp. She is also survived by their daughter, Jessica (Robert) Stucin; son, Andrew C. (Allison) Hupp; grandchildren, Maisley Hupp, Caiden Stucin, Ashton Stucin, and Alexis Stucin; sister, Jane Best; brother-in-law, Bill Hupp; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Paula Hupp and Charlene McDaniel; nephew, Tommy Edmonds; and parents-in-law, Clarence “Andy” and Patricia Hupp.

Angel was a lifelong area resident and a 1977 graduate of Conotton Valley High School. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother whose whole world revolved around her family. Along with her husband, Angel made sure to attend every sporting event of her children and grandchildren. Her grandkids, who all called her “Nan”, will cherish fond memories of her delicious chocolate chip cookies that she would bake especially for them.

According to Angel’s wishes, cremation is planned without a public visitation. Her family will celebrate her life on a future date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice.
